I just wanted to send you an email so that I can tell you how appreciative and impressed I am with you and all your staff at Appletree Family Dentistry. Starting from the time I called to make my first appointment all the way to current, as a customer, I have never been let down by the level of customer service and professionalism I experience. The patience I am shown, the time you and your staff are willing to take to educate, the ease of setting appointments, the timeliness of being seen by the doctor after checking in (which is the best I have experienced anywhere), the follow up phone calls; these are all examples of areas where your office has consistently exceeded my expectations. I also think your payment plans and the business cards that your assistants give me every time I leave is really smart.
Basically I wanted to give you my feedback and say thank you because I don't find the level of customer service I receive at your office at very many places. This is why I consider you my personal dentist office, and I recommend you every chance I get (even without a business card incentive:) )
