Rachel Pitts, DDS
Dr. Pitts grew up in Bolivar, a small town in southwest Missouri. After earning a bachelor's degree in Biology and a doctor of dental surgery at the University of Missouri-Kansas City, she went on to complete an Advanced Education General Dentistry residency at the University of Michigan. During her residency, Dr. Pitts studied with some of the world's leading cosmetic dentists and received extensive training in all aspects of dentistry, including implants and advanced restorative procedures.
Dr. Pitts enjoys keeping up on the latest developments and technology through continuing education. She focuses on providing high quality care in many areas of dentistry, such as pediatric dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, Invisalign, laser gum surgery, comfortable root canals, and dentures. Dr. Pitts' priority is putting patients at ease.
Outside of dentistry, Dr. Pitts enjoys traveling, especially snowboarding in Colorado, water skiing, tennis, disc golf, reading, cooking, trying new restaurants, and playing with her two cats. She also likes spending time with her sister who is studying medicine at UMKC.
