Philip Farruggia, DMD
Dr. Philip Farruggia is dedicated to crafting beautiful smiles and enriching the lives of his patients. Before launching Appletree Cosmetic and Family Dentistry with his wife, Dr. Kathy Farruggia, in 1995, he spent six years practicing dentistry in Illinois.
Dr. Farruggia enjoys providing a wide range of dentistry, including comfortable root canals, laser gum surgery, Invisalign, cosmetic dentistry, and dentures.
After earning a bachelor’s degree in biochemistry from Juniata College in Huntingdon, PA, Dr. Farruggia graduated from Temple University with a doctor of dental medicine degree. He attends many continuing education courses each year and enhances his clinical knowledge through training at national and international teaching facilities.
Dr. Farruggia looks forward to time at home with his wife as much as working with her at the office. He shares her love of animals, particularly their dog and pet cows. He also likes racing cars and teaching others to enjoy the sport at Road Race Driving Schools.
